Prior experience includes developing wind projects worldwide for Goldwind and working on clean-tech projects with Proctor & Gamble.

James is a business development, partnerships, and market entry expert who has moved beyond his typical roles as an investor and advisor. Previous roles include being a founder of Capvision, a global expert network, and a Bloomberg LP management consultant.

Kwansun is a versatile executive with experience as a KKR private equity portfolio CFO, Hyundai Motor Group executive, McKinsey consultant, pharmaceuticals CEO, and Wave Technology CSO. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Morgan is a UX/UI and digital platform designer, with experience creating enterprise level technology solutions for companies such as Nokia, Google, Philips, and Under Armour. He’s the co-founder of Conquer Adaptive, a sportswear company addressing the needs of adaptive athletes.  

Jean is a seasoned HR consultant with a focus on genuine relationships, ethics and compliance. Industry experience in general construction, non-hazardous solid waste, biomass, and recycling with an emphasis on sustainability and renewable energy.

Pete plays a key role advising on opportunities, challenges, competitive analysis, and general industry “know how” stemming from his time at the then #1 corporate renewable advisor, Renewable Choice Energy (RCE - since acquired by Schneider Electric during Pete’s tenure). His experience leading RCE as they brokered corporate PPAs for companies including Salesforce, Philips, Johnson & Johnson, Amazon, and others, is directly relevant.

Currently the CEO of offshore NA Orsted, David is an innovative and dynamic commercial executive with broad renewable energy and high-tech industrial industry experience. Prior roles include CEO of Senvion,
Head of Sales for Vestas, and executive roles at GE and other multinational firms.

Recently joining the In-N-Out family office as a lead investor, Will is an experienced business and real estate attorney with a demonstrated history of successful portfolio management. Skilled in Business Planning, Private Equity, Legal Issues, Investments, and Analytical Skills.

Mike is a renewable energy executive with extensive developer experience at SunEdison, Sunworks, Smart Energy Capital, and NextEra. Mike has transitioned to investor roles across several entities, including his current capacity as a Managing Partner of BluOx Ventures.
