Eric is an award-winning leader of global renewable energy and clean-tech initiatives at Fortune 500 companies. He started Ren after his time as Director of Renewable Energy at Nike resulted in the 2018 SCTI #1 ranking in corporate renewables (tied with Apple). Before Nike, Eric developed wind projects worldwide for Goldwind, and worked on supply chain clean tech projects for Procter & Gamble focused on materials circularity.

Morgan oversees the design and feature buildout of the Ren Platform. He is an experienced creator of enterprise level technology solutions for companies such as Nokia, Google, Philips, and Under Armour. He comes from a digital product design background, and is also the co-founder of Conquer Adaptive - a sportswear company addressing the needs of adaptive athletes.

As Head of Operations, Logan works tirelessly to ensure our customers are receiving best-in-class strategies and solutions to meet their energy and carbon goals. Logan’s years of experience in both renewables and corporates give him the unique background necessary to help bring those two worlds together. Logan has developed clean energy projects from the ground-up at EDPR, and helped advance sustainability initiatives during his time at Nike.

Connor is leading our engineering efforts to bring clients a reliable, fast, and scalable platform. He has years of experience at different companies big and small where he has implemented industry best practices across multiple coding disciplines and multi cloud environments. Coming from a Information Systems background and having previously co-founded a rideshare startup, Connor has a unique skill set geared towards building and transitioning technology companies.

Ashley Melander is as seasoned leader, bringing her experience in internal operations and talent acquisition to enhance organizational efficiency and team dynamics. Adept at navigating the complexities of operational management, Ashley implements strategies that align with corporate goals and growth. Ashley helps run the company internally so that Ren can be the best it can be. She believes in the transformative power of human capital and a people-first approach to drive the company forward.

Sashka develops software for the Ren Platform to leverage data-driven insights for advancing supply chain decarbonization. He has experience developing software for environmental monitoring tools as well as applying geospatial data science to optimize ecological conservation. With a background in geospatial consulting and a passion for renewable solutions, Sashka brings a geospatial-centered and impact-focused perspective to identifying the cleanest energy possible for supply chains.

As the Head of Customer Success, Stephanie is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience that enables customers to achieve their decarbonization goals. With diverse experience in customer empathy, project management, communications, operations, and professional services, she works deeply to understand goals and experiences, to build trusted relationships, to solve problems, to boldly deliver, and to win together.

Irina is a highly accomplished professional with an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and over 7 years of expertise in the dynamic realm of international energy markets, spanning across regions such as China, Japan, the US, and Russia. Prior to her role as an International Renewable Energy Manager at Ren, Irina dedicated 5 years to a multinational energy company in China, where she spearheaded renewable and nuclear energy projects. Beyond her international energy market experience, Irina has also led ESG reporting initiatives at a U.S.-based energy efficiency company, SitelogIQ, demonstrating her commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. Her profound industry knowledge and analytical acumen have been instrumental in her career journey. Additionally, her proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and Russian adds a unique cross-cultural dimension to her skill set.

James manages all paths to revenue, customer engagement, growth strategy and execution. Ensuring a client’s journey to discover Ren’s solution is simple, informative and generative is paramount in his approach. Building customer-centric systems to scale is what he enjoys most. In the previous role as the founder of Capvision, James built software enabled solutions to $30 million revenue in diverse markets such as the US, APAC and Europe.

Jared brings deep empathy for users and a vast knowledge of design systems as a Product Designer at Ren. With over a decade of experience creating design systems from the ground up, he builds products that are actionable, scalable, and easy-to-use. He has built and managed design teams in both startups and nationally-recognized companies. Employing a vast background in brand strategy, marketing initiatives, user experience, and even illustration, Jared is the go-to expert for all things design.

Roman is a highly skilled engineer with 7+ years of experience in software development. He specializes in creating products from scratch, optimizing performance, and providing clients with simple, effective, and easily maintainable solutions. With expertise in a wide range of technologies and a thorough understanding of the software development process, Roman consistently delivers exceptional results.

Andy is the nation’s top solar authority and leading renewable energy scientist from NREL (National RenewableEnergy Laboratories). His patent on the Renewable Energy Optimization method of planning renewable energy projects across a portfolio of properties based on economic value was awarded the Thomas A. Edison Patent Award in 2015. He helped us develop Ren's product since the beginning.

Currently the CEO of offshore NA Orsted, David is an innovative and dynamic commercial executive with broad renewable energy and high-tech industrial industry experience. Prior roles include CEO of Senvion, Head of Sales for Vestas, and executive roles at GE and other multinational firms.

Currently an energy strategy lead at Google, Chris has 15+ years of industry experience in renewable energy development, investment and procurement. Core expertise include business development, public policy, and public-private partnerships. He has experience working in start ups, private-equity backed, and publicly-traded companies, both domestic and international.

Kwansun is a versatile executive with experience as a KKR private equity portfolio CFO, Hyundai Motor Group executive, McKinsey consultant, pharmaceuticals CEO, and Wave Technology CSO. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Pete plays a key role advising on opportunities, challenges, competitive analysis, and general industry “know how” stemming from his time at the then #1 corporate renewable advisor, Renewable Choice Energy (RCE - since acquired by Schneider Electric during Pete’s tenure). His experience leading RCE as they brokered corporate PPAs for companies including Salesforce, Philips, Johnson & Johnson, Amazon, and others, is directly relevant.

Alex has managed investment funds of $500m+ across Asia and the US, and played principal internal roles in fundraising $200m+ in debt and equity for startups. As Hire No.2 at Relativity Space, Alex helped scale the business from 4 to 200 employees.

Doug is a supply Chain executive with over 35 years of cross functional experience generating increased profits and improved costs from business operations. Doug is the VP of global logistics for Levis, with previous roles at Nike, Columbia and Lululemon.

Andy is an experienced sustainability professional with over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing programs and ESG operations in Asia. He developed global industrial standards and tools for the apparel and footwear supply chain. Andy is a skilled team leader providing motivation, training, and support by example.

Carl is a business development expert, experienced in driving sustainable development through systematic change. After 11 years in investment banking, at Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs, Carl transitioned his career to strategic investment and advising for environmental impact.

Krisha has over 15 years of experience innovating and supporting technology solutions to advance energy and sustainability initiatives around the world. Her experience in working with fortune 100 companies in building software and technology solutions to decarbonize has fueled her passion to find strategic approaches to solving challenges along the journey of the energy transition movement. Her experience and network are foundational elements for her leadership in Ren's Partnership program.
